ARTIFACT:
This is a 1960s United States Navy patch for the Royal Air Force Edzell Airfield in Scotland. The United States Navy leased out the former RAF base from 1960 to 1997 as part of its global target tracking system.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1960s.
SIZE:
Approximately 3-3/4" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:
Twill embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads, cloth backing.

CONDITION:
7- (Very Fine-): The patch has some moderate wear with light discoloration and some small spots of rust.
