ARTIFACT: This is a 1960s distinctive insignia for the United States Army Armor School. The DI shows two lit torches flanking a green and silver crest and reads FORGE THE THUNDERBOLT.

VINTAGE: Circa 1960s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/4" in height 1-1/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Plated brass with enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Two posts.

MARKINGS: N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK 22M and maker's mark.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. RAV90 LAJX5/11

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The DI shows some very small spots of wear only.
