This is a 1960s distinctive insignia or the United States 29th Field Artillery Regiment by Meyer. The DI shows a red crest bearing a sunflower (the state flower of Kansas) between two shells and reads FIDLEIS ET VERUS (faithful and true).
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height 13/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts with clutch back catches
MARKINGS:N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK, maker mark, shield with 22M.

CONDITION:8 (Excellent-): The DI shows only one spot of light wear to the enamel.
