1960s US Army 29th Field Artillery Regiment DI by Meyer

This is a 1960s distinctive insignia or the United States 29th Field Artillery Regiment by Meyer. The DI shows a red crest bearing a sunflower (the state flower of Kansas) between two shells and reads FIDLEIS ET VERUS (faithful and true).

Approximately 1-1/8" in height 13/16" in width.

Plated brass with enamel.

Two posts with clutch back catches

N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK, maker mark, shield with 22M.
