1960s US Army 16th Field Artillery Regiment DI by Denmark

This is a 1960s distinctive insignia for the United States Army 16th Field Artillery Regiment by Denmark. The DI shows a black "dancetté fess" and three golden stars topped by a horse head. The DI reads MACTE NOVA VIRTUTE (blessings in each new valor).

Circa 1960s.

Approximately 1-5/16" in height 1" in width.

Gold-plated brass with enamel.
