This is a theatre-made 1960s United States Army 11th Signal Brigade DI. The DI shows two torches flanking a fleur-de-lis and reads FLEXIBILITY-DEPENDABILITY.
VINTAGE:Circa 1960s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/8" in height and 1-3/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Two posts.
MARKINGS:N.S. MEYER INC. NEW YORK, 22M, Meyer maker's mark.
