This is a large circa 1960 Japanese-made 3rd Marine Division 1st Communication Company (Provisional) Radio Element jacket patch. This group was based in Okinawa. The patch is fully embroidered and shows two soldiers running alongside some lightning bolts beneath the words 1st (RE) COMMCO (PROV). Along the border of the patch are the words"All the Way".
VINTAGE:Circa 1960.
SIZE:Approximately 6-3/4" in height and 6-3/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Fully embroidered in cotton/silk/polyester threads.
