This is a 1950s United States Marine Corps Air Station crash crew chief badge. The badge reads CRASH CHIEF CRASH RESCUE MARINE CORPS AIR STATION and shows an eagle at top and an eagle, anchor and globe at center.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950's.
SIZE:2-3/8" in height x 1-3/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with red painted letters.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with come-under locking catch.
