This is a 1950s airplane pin for Trans World Airlines. The pin would have been sold in the airport gift shop as jewelry and has a semi-precious stone chip at the end of each wing, both green. The pin was probably meant to have a red stone in place of one of the green stones but made it out of the factory anyhow
VINTAGE:Circa 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-1/2" in height and 1-7/8" in length.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Plated brass with semi-precious stone chips.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with come-under locking swivel catch.
MARKINGS:None.
