This is a flight attendant cap badge from Mexicana Airlines (Compania Mexicana Aviacion), the oldest airline in North America with a route piloted in 1929 by Charles Lindbergh. The badge is a half wing with a medallion showing the outline of Mexico and reads CMA.
VINTAGE:Circa 1950s.
SIZE:Approximately 1" in height and 2-9/16" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-plated brass with enamel.
ATTACHMENT:Horizontal pin with come-under swivel locking catch.
