ARTIFACT: 1950's Hudson, New Hampshire Civil Defense Auxiliary fire department member badge. The raised center shows the civil defense logo, the letters "CD" centered within a triangle. Surrounding the center it reads: "HUDSON AUX. FIRE DEPT." in black painted detail. The top of the badge shows a spread winged eagle with its head bowed and a banner below that reads: "MEMBER", the bottom of the badge reads: "N.H."
VINTAGE: Circa 1950's
SIZE: Approximately 2-15/16" x 1-3/4"
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chrome plated brass, black paint.
ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.
