This is a circa 1950s General Telephone promotional celluloid badge featuring the "Li'l General". The badge is by LA Stamp & Stationery.

Circa 1950s.

About 1-1/2" in diameter.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Paper, celluloid and tin with brass pin.
ATTACHMENT:
Horizontal safety-style pin.
