Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a circa 1950s or 1960s Tibetan silver brooch of a ferocious deity. The brooch is in .925 silver with some gilding. It is of a hollow construction and quite three-dimensional. The details are really wonderful, down to the ornate wings and engraved grooves on the tongue.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1950s-1960s.

SIZE:

Approximately 1-5/16" in height and 2-1/4" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

.925 silver with some gilding.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with C catch.
