1950s 10K Gold Ballantine Beer 15 Years Service Pin

ARTIFACT: This is a 1950's 10K Gold Ballantine Beer 15 Years Service Pin. The company was founded in 1840 in Newark, New Jersey, by Peter Ballantine (1791 - 1883), who emigrated from Scotland. The company was originally incorporated as the Patterson & Ballantine Brewing Company.  

VINTAGE: 1950s.

SIZE: Approximately 1/2" in height x 9/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS: 10K Gold with Diamond, and hard-fired blue enamel. 1.5 grams.

ATTACHMENT: Single screw post with disc backing.

MARKINGS:

10K.
