This is a circa 1950 Spanish Air Force officer hat badge. The badge is in bullion, and has a small silver wing at its center with a golden crown above and a beribboned wreath below. It would be beautiful had some moths not had a field day with it!
VINTAGE:Circa 1950.
SIZE:Approximately 2-11/16" in height and 3" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Wool felt embroidered in bullion and silk threads, cardboard backing.
ATTACHMENT:None.
MARKINGS:422 648 PB42 written on backing.
