ARTIFACT: This is a 1946 class pin for the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis by Bailey, Banks & Biddle. The pin is in sterling silver and has a Midshipman's initials (D.M.L.) engraved upon the reverse. The pin is decorated with two eagles and a ship at its center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1946.

SIZE: Approximately 3/4" in height and 11/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Sterling silver.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS: BB&B CO. STERLING D.M.L.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Navy collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VGJX12 LBBEX9/12 SAFH/GEX12/13

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine-Excellent): The pin shows some light wear and tarnish.
