ARTIFACT:
This is a 1946 National Air Races at Cleveland pin and ticket stub. The 1946 race was the first event after World War II. The pin shows a winged pilot's head and reads NATIONAL AIR RACES CLEVELAND.
VINTAGE: Circa 1946.
SIZE: 1-1/4" diameter pin and ticket has a 2-5/8" height and 3-1/4" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS: Celluloid pin with tin backing and color-printed paper ticket.
ATTACHMENT: Diagonal straight pin.

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): Pin shows little wear and ticket is slightly worn.
