ARTIFACT: This is a copy of the 1944 United States War and Navy Departments' "A Short Guide to New Zealand". It deals with the culture and geography of New Zealand and has some black-and-white and one-color illustrations to accompany the instructional text.

VINTAGE: Published 1944 (World War II).

SIZE: 43 pages; approximately 5-1/4" in height and 4-1/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Oak tag cover, paper.

ATTACHMENT: Stapled binding.

MARKINGS: U.S Government Printing Office: 1944-O-583847.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a United States Army & Navy guide collection that we will be listing more of over the next few months. LAGX9/13

CONDITION: 7+ (Very Fine+): The booklet is in excellent condition with some small spots of staining to the corners of both covers.
