This is a 1943 United States Army Technical Manual (TM 30-310) entitled "Norwegian: A Guide to the Spoken Language". The booklet covers many useful Norwegian words and phrases and examples of words on Norway's road signs. This booklet has some black-and-white cartoon illustrations to accompany the instructional text.
