ARTIFACT: This is a 1943 United States Army booklet entitled "A Pocket Guide to Uniform Insignia." This is a color illustrated guide to insignia worn by commissioned officers of the Allied nations of the United States, the British Empire, the U.S.S.R., France, China and Poland.

VINTAGE: Published 1943.

SIZE: 24 pages; approximately 6" by 4-1/4".

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Oaktag cover; paper.

ATTACHMENT: Stapled binding.

MARKINGS: U.S. GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE : 1943 – O-514807; pages have been numbered in small handwriting.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a WWII United States Army pocket guide collection that we will be listing more of over the next few months. LBHX2/14

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): The book has some small spots of medium wear to the cover and a few spots of handwriting inside with a few extra staple holes.
