This is a 1943 copy of the United States Army (War Department) and Navy "A Pocket Guide to Egypt". This booklet deals with the culture of the native population and has some useful phrases translated in the back. It has some one-color illustrations and covers many topics such as Egypt's government, money and customs. It is in excellent condition.
