Description
This is a 1943 edition of a French/English travel guide to Casablanca, the capital of Morocco (Guides Maroc Presse). This copy is named to Staff Sergeant Paul G. Humphrey, United States 5th Army. Humphrey noted that he was in town for conferences attended by Churchill, Roosevelt and Stalin. The guide has a large (22" x 28") fold-out street map, some black and white photographs, city information and several period ads. CONDITION:6 (Fine+): The book has some heavy wear to its cover and some creasing and very small tears on the inside pages, along with a limited amount of handwriting.
