Description
1940's ??? early 1950's Durham, North Carolina Telephone Company 10 Year Service pin by Morgan's. The center of the lapel pin features a nicely detailed black enamel rotary phone and surrounding it reads: "DURHAM TELEPHONE COMPANY" in embossed lettering. The base of the pin shows a shield with the number: "10" in the center. Durham Telephone Co. was founded in 1933 and later purchased by General Telephone Co. in 1955.
VINTAGE:Circa 1940's - early 1950's.
SIZE:Approximately 9/16" in diameter.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Enameled Gold-Filled Brass.
ATTACHMENT:Vertical pin with drop in locking catch.
