This is a 1930s USMC United States Marine Corps aviation flight jacket name tag. It is from a repair/construction shop and reads:

VINTAGE:
Circa 1930's - WWII period.
SIZE:About 3-7/8" in length by 2" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Leather with painted lettering.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn onto garment.
MARKINGS:None.
