This is a beautiful circa 1930s American Airlines pilot hat badge by Wright & Street. The badge is a gold-filled eagle with spread wings flanked by a pair of capital "A"s.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 1-1/4" in width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Gold-filled.
ATTACHMENT:Single screw post with disc backing, stabilization post.
MARKINGS:W&S (Wright & Street) GF (gold-filled), 22-12-4 scratched on reverse.
