ARTIFACT:
This is a circa 1930s advertising sign for Feigenspans P.O.N. (Pride of Newark) beer. Bought out by P. Ballantine & Sons around the Second World War, Christian Feigenspan Inc of Newark, New Jersey was a huge brewery in its day. The sign is in painted tin and has the companys bright red P.O.N. logo at its center.

VINTAGE: Circa 1930s.
SIZE: Approximately 22 in length and 18" in height.
CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS: Painted tin.
ATTACHMENT: Holes.
MARKINGS: Someone wrote a drink special on the reverse in chalk.

CONDITION: 6 (Fine+): The sign has many scuffs and scrapes and some buckling and areas of oxidation at the corners/edges, but has amazing vintage character.
