ARTIFACT: Unidentified 1930's (?) Chinese belt buckle with a variant of the Kuomintang Sun and reads "New Life" in Chinese beneath an eagle with wings spread inside a diamond center surrounded by nicely detailed embellishment. Military? Political? Patriotic?

VINTAGE: Circa 1930's (?)

SIZE: Approximately 2-1/2" x 1-7/16"

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chrome plated brass

ATTACHMENT: Hinged loop

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a collection of unidentified items which we will be listing more of over the next few months. Item will not be sold until identified. VBEM15 LX12/16

CONDITION: 7- (Very Fine-): The belt buckle shows moderate wear, much of the chrome plated details remain intact, overall very fine condition.
