Description

ARTIFACT:

Unidentified, unknown 1930's (?) aviation lapel pin with possible ties to the Masons. The lapel pin features three propeller blades with wings on either side and beneath a square, one of the prominent items (the other, a compass) in the emblem of the Freemason's.

VINTAGE:

Circa Possibly 1930's.

SIZE:

Approximately 5/8" x 7/16".

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Gilt brass.

ATTACHMENT:

Single screw post with disc backing.

MARKINGS:

None.

CONDITION:

8+ (Excellent): The lapel pin shows minor to moderate wear, nearly all the gilt details remain intact, overall handsome patina.
