1930's – 1940's United States Federal Prison 15 Year Service Pin by Bastian Bros in Rochester, New York. The octagon-shaped, enameled service pin features an intricately detailed center depicting a 'jail' key and open book with the words: "FEDERAL PRISON SERVICE 15 YEARS" around the center.
