This is a circa 1920's United States Army Coast Artillery Battery B collar disc. The disc is by Meyer Metal and is a two piece insignia.

Circa 1920's.

Approximately 1" in diameter.

Plated brass.

Single screw post with disc backing attached to center; disc plate.

MEYER METAL, engraved Meyer shield.
