This is a pair of circa 1920s or early 1930s aviator's or motorcyclist's goggles. They are tinted in an orange hue for enhanced vision. These goggles sport a handsome reddish leather with cut-out details and even have a stylish herringbone weave on the strap: they are in excellent condition!
VINTAGE:Circa 1920s Ð early 1930s.
SIZE:Approximately 2-3/8" in height and 6-5/8" in width; strap is about 12-13" in total length.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Glass, leather, nickel-plated brass, cotton.
ATTACHMENT:Strap with buckle.
MARKINGS:None.
