ARTIFACT: Wonderful 1920's -1930's hand painted Cookie Firkin in steel-banded wood, with pine body and lid and nice oaken bale. The word "COOKIES" is on the lid, lightly hand-carved/etched and then painted green, the steel bands also feature the same lush color, as does the lid's knob. The overall varnish color is warm, a beautiful piece.

VINTAGE: Circa 1920-s -30's

SIZE: Approximately 7 ??" in diameter and 8" tall

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Steel-banded wood, pine, oak bale, steel, paint

CONDITION: 8+ (Excellent): The lid shows light to moderate wear and slight loss (see photos), the painted details are lovely, the lid and handle function great, overall excellent condition.
