ARTIFACT: This is a nice 1915 Austrian Mountain Troops badge showing a battle scene where men are taking their aim with rifles as well as hurling rocks down from a mountain top. The badge reads ISONZO ARMEE 1915 at the bottom.

VINTAGE: Circa 1915.

SIZE: Approximately 1-1/8" in width by 1-3/4" in height.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Stamped brass.

ATTACHMENT: Vertical pin with C catch.

MARKINGS: HERRMANN WIEN III. HAUPSTR.81.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an Austrian collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VCEX11 LAAEX10/11

CONDITION: 7 (Very Fine): The badge shows some light wear and tarnish with some minor spots of oxidation.
