ARTIFACT:

This is a circa 1910s or 1920s lapel pin for the Aero Club of Pittsburgh. The pin is in 14 karat gold with enamel details and shows a small castle at its center.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1910s-1920s.

SIZE:

Approximately 3/8" in height and 11/16" in width.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

14 karat gold with enamel details.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with drop-in locking swivel catch.

MARKINGS:

D&C (Dieges & Clust) maker's mark, 14KT.
