ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1892 United States Department of Agriculture Forestry Division Bulletin Number 6. The document is entitled "Timber Physics: Part I Preliminary Report". The booklet is in a large format.

VINTAGE: Circa 1892.

SIZE: 57 pages plus index and six plates (some black and white diagrams); approximately 11-1/2" in height and 9-1/8" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Paper.

ATTACHMENT: Stapled binding.

MARKINGS: WASHINGTON: GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE 1892.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an agricultural collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VAX12 LAEX12/12

CONDITION: 6 (Fine+): The book has two tears, one of which goes through most of the pages (top-most tear); light water staining to the edges of some of the pages.
