This is a Portsmouth (New Hampshire) Fire Association ink blotter. The blue blotter lists Calvin Page as President and A. F. Howard as Secretary of the Association and credits Dockhain & Thorpe Agents in Manchester, NH at the bottom.
VINTAGE:Circa 1890s.
SIZE:3-7/8" height and 9-9/16" width.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Printed paper.
