Description

ARTIFACT:

This is a nice blue and white china soup bowl by Greenwood China for the Hampton Casino in Hampton Beach, New Hampshire. This bowl is circa 1890s, and at that time the Casino was owned by the Exeter, Hampton & Amesbury Street Railway (E.E. & A. ST. RY. CO.), whose initials are a part of the logo in the bottom of the bowl.

VINTAGE:

Circa 1890s.

SIZE:

Approximately 9" in diameter and 1-½" in depth.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

China.
