This is a named circa 1880s-1890s Rutland County, Vermont Deputy Sheriff badge from Proctor, VT. J.E. Gregory is named as the wearer of this badge.

Circa 1880s-1890s.

2-1/4" wide by 2-1/2" high.

CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:

Brass.

ATTACHMENT:

Horizontal pin with a "C" catch.
