Circa 1880's – 1900's New York City Post Office City Delivery Service Chest Badge. The badge it stopped with a bowed head, spread winged eagle and beneath a circular center shows an image of a paddle and railway wheel blended together with single wing in core and a postal envelope below and the base or skirt of the badge is numbered: "7847"
