This is a 13.Waffen-Gebirgs-Division der SS "Handschar" collar tab, worn by a regiment of Croatian soldiers.
VINTAGE:Circa 1930's-40's.
SIZE:About 1-5/8" in width by 2-1/2" in height.
CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS:Cotton embroidery thread on felt.
ATTACHMENT:To be sewn onto garment.
MARKINGS:None.
