ARTIFACT:
This is an unworn circa 1992 "Relative Time" wristwatch in its original tin case. The tin's lid shows a caricature of Albert Einstein by Steven Cragg and mirrors what the face of the watch inside looks like. The watch was made by Relative Time Company Inc. of Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
VINTAGE:
Circa 1992.
SIZE:
Face of watch: approximately 1-1/4" in diameter. Total circumference of watch/band approximately 7-3/8" in length (not including buckle); tin: 1-1/16" in height and 3-1/4" in diameter.
MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION:
Stainless steel, glass.
ATTACHMENT:
Wristband with buckle.
