ARTIFACT: This is a circa early 1970s patch for the United States Air Force 429th Tactical Fighter Squadron, also known as the "Black Falcons". The squadron was one of the initial groups to fly the F-111 in combat. This patch was made by ACE Novelty of Japan and shows a black flacon carrying to missiles.

VINTAGE: Circa early 1970s.

SIZE: Approximately 4" in height and 3-1/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Fully embroidered in cotton/polyester/silk threads.

ATTACHMENT: None.

MARKINGS: ACE NOVELTY BOX 1374 TOKYO JAPAN.

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): The patch shows hardly any wear.
