This is a rare United States Merchant Marine petty officer cap badge by Vanguard. The pin is an anchor bearing a crest that reads UNITED STATES MERCHANT MARINE.
VINTAGE:
Circa World War II.
SIZE:
1-7/8” height and 1-3/16” width.
CONSTRUCTION/MATERIALS:
Gilt brass.

Single screw pin with disc backing.
