ARTIFACT: This is a Spanish Civil War donation pin for the American Relief Ship to Spain. The pin reads AMERICAN RELIEF SHIP TO SPAIN and shows the prow of a ship framed by a white cross.

VINTAGE: Circa 1936-1939.

SIZE: 3/4" in height by 9/16" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Gold-plated brass with red, white, black and blue enamel.

ATTACHMENT: Horizontal brass safety-style pin.

MARKINGS: Unknown maker's mark.

ITEM NOTES: The pin you receive will either be this one or one in very similar condition. This is from a homefront collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VCBX09 LHEX5/10 SeVAAEX12/18

CONDITION: 8 (Excellent-): Pin shows very few spots of wear.
