ARTIFACT:
Wonderful, huge WWII United States Army Air Forces Flight Instructor jacket patch in chenille. Most of the Chinese Nationalist Army Air Force pilots trained by the US in WWII were trained at this field. Fabulous, thick chenille patch, original price of $1.75 still on back – moth nip at 7:00, but does not detract too much. The center of the patch features the Thunderbird insignia in black, red, and white detail.

8- (Very Fine—Excellent): The patch shows moderate wear, moth nip at 7:00 and a couple other tiny nips in chenille, overall very fine condition.
