This is a Rare WWI US Navy / USMC English Made Lt / Captain Rank in Sterling Silver.

 VINTAGE: Circa World War I.

 SIZE: Approximately 1-3/16" in height and 1-3/16" in width (each bar).

 CONSTRUCTION / MATERIALS: Sterling Silver.

 ATTACHMENT: Horizontal T-style pin with tongue type C catch (on each bar).
