This is Rare circa 1973 Society of Former FBI Women (Now Society of FBI Alumni) Charm / Fob in GF on Sterling.

The Society of FBI Alumni, Inc. provides community and support for former employees of the Federal Bureau of Investigation, with origins in the early 1970s and a foundation in 1973 as the Society of Former FBI Women, Inc. It offers a platform for networking, social contact, and philanthropic projects among former FBI staff.
