By United States advisors, was formed to train 30 Chinese Divisions in hopes of driving the steadily progressing army of the Japanese. The Z Force was the second push for a Thirty Division plan, coming after the Y Force, which the militaries took more precedence over the Z Force, which fell behind more prioritized Y force as time went on.
