ARTIFACT: Great vintage early 1960's Volkswagen USA Promotional tie clip. The tie clip was possibly worn by a member of the VW sales staff and features a polished finish and a blue enamel disc with the company's logo: "VW" in white enamel detail. This clip came along with additional VW promotional items, see links below.

VINTAGE: Circa early 1960's

SIZE: Approximately 1-5/8 x 15/16" in diameter

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Chrome plated, enamel

ATTACHMENT: Alligator type clip

MARKINGS: None.

ITEM NOTES: This is from an automobile collection which we will be listing more of over the next few months. VEM15 LFEX12/15

CONDITION: 8- (Very Fine - Excellent): The tie clip shows minor to moderate surface wear, a spot of oxidation on the front, and most of the plating and enamel details remain intact.
