ARTIFACT: This is a hardcover copy of "e;Fighter: A History of Fighter Aircraft"e; by Bryan Cooper and John Batchelor. The book covers the evolution of fighter aircraft form World War I through the publication date (1973), for the United States, Britain, Germany and other countries. It has several period black and white photographs as well as very detailed color and black and white illustrations done by a technical artist. It was published by Charles Scribner's Sons in 1973 and has its original dust jacket.

VINTAGE: Published 1973.

SIZE: 155 pages; approximately 11"e; in height and 8-3/4" in width.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Glossy dust jacket, cloth-bound cover, paper.

ITEM NOTES: This is from a USAAF fighter aircraft reference book collection that we will be listing more of over the next few months. LCEX4/147+ (Very Fine+): The book has light wear and small tears to the spine/edges of the dust jacket; no rips, writing or stains inside.
