ARTIFACT: This is a circa 1920s missionary fundraising contest pin between the "Reds" and the "Blues" from the Chicago, Illinois area. The pin is by the David C. Cook Publishing Company, a publisher of religious education materials in Elgin, Illinois. It reads R&B CONTEST WORK FOR THE REDS.

VINTAGE: Circa 1920s.

SIZE: Approximately 1-7/8" in diameter.

MATERIALS / CONSTRUCTION: Painted tin.

ATTACHMENT: Straight pin.

MARKINGS: David C. Cook Publishing Co., Elgin, Illinois MADE IN U.S.A.
